Shibuya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Shoryu Sangubashi Chinese Restaurant

I didn't know it was a Chinese restaurant although the ramen served was different from the other shops. As a Vietnamese I am very used to how Chinese food tastes, so the ramen reassembles somewhat of similarity. Turned out it was a Chinese restaurant! The noodle was fantastic. I would say it's a harmonic marriage between Japanese and Chinese cuisine. It's like the best of both worlds. The space was rather small, but cozy.

Chahan is really number 1 !! It’s one of the tastiest fried rices I’ve ever had. The ramen also pretty good and it’s super cheap and quick. More recommendations on IG @bean_eats_japan

I went in at night, and the restaurant is The Showa, but I think the taste of the food is amazing 👍👍 The gyoza 🥟 are large and very filling. I can't find any delicious gyoza...but I think I'm wrong 😍 The fried rice was excellent, and I think you'll be satisfied with the amount of fried rice you get at a Chinese restaurant in town! I went there on a weekday night, and it was very crowded during dinner time. It seemed like office workers were stopping by on their way home from work, and there were also a lot of locals. Maybe that's why it's so delicious🥟
