Good food and a private room.. Went with family and it was excellent.

I reserved "Shiho" for a family celebration. ¥29,700 per person + 10% service charge! Completely luxurious! As expected, the dishes are made with the finest ingredients. The assortment of appetizers looks gorgeous and gets you excited from the beginning. The shark fin on the tail fin was shown to me first, then it was cut into three equal parts and served to each person, but it was a huge amount. The luxury of having the truffle shaved and topped with it right in front of you. I'm sure you won't be able to stuff your mouth full of shark fins in the future. Among all the menu items, the most impressive one was the Buddha Jump! I chose this course because I wanted to experience this. I was able to actually see various ingredients that are used, such as dried foods and dried fruits that I had never heard of. I can't describe the taste well with my own vocabulary... This is the first time I've tasted something that doesn't resemble anything else, and it has a complex and incredibly deep flavor. Of course it was delicious, so I savored each bite carefully (lol) You can choose the amount of fried rice to finish! The original amount is the end of the course, so it is modest. I ordered a bottle of Shaoxing wine, and I remember being glad that it wasn't that expensive. Although we didn't specify seats, we were shown to a private room that was quite spacious for the three of us. The customer service is professional, as you would expect from a high-end store. I think this is a store that you can use with confidence on your special day with your loved ones.
