More Comments at Google MapThe owners are a Chinese and Vietnamese married couple, so the food reflects both of their culinary cultures. For instance, the pho is also available with hot spices (pictured below). The service was really fast, and the food hot and fresh. I highly recommend dropping by
I used it for lunch. The sweet and sour pork was so delicious that I would like to try other dishes next time. I also thought it would be okay to come at night.
If you live near Oyama in Itabashi-ku and like Chinese food, please go there. I think there are only a handful of Chinese restaurants in Itabashi Ward that are better than here. At the very least, I only know about the Tsutsutsutsuka incense at Itabashi Station. As the name of the restaurant says Vietnamese food, you can order Vietnamese food, but it is delicious because it is customized to Chinese food in a good way. The pho is delicious, but the fresh spring rolls are worth mentioning. It's somewhere between a salad and a vegetable dish... It has the perfect balance. It seems that it has been talked about on blogs and social media for a long time, but there are still many people who live in Itabashi who do not know about it. It is one of the few shops that you can think of as a loss if you don't know about it.
