They have great Chinese meal with a reasonable price.

Great food and service!

Isn't Bashu cuisine rare? It looks like a very ordinary Chinese dish, but there are some flavors that I have never eaten before. I ordered Bashu noodles, mapo fried rice, and chive stir-fry. I forgot if it was Bashu noodles or soba, but this was the first time I ate it. If I were to compare it to something familiar, would it be cabbage rolls, consommé, or what? It feels like a soup packed with the taste of meat. It is rich and delicious. My sister said it was spicy, but I didn't find it spicy. It's red, so I'm assuming it has chili peppers in it. I think that mapo tofu can be spicier, but if this is Bashu, it will be so. The fried rice is moist and has a gentle taste. The onion flavor was good. People who like fluff may not like it. I felt that the overall taste was gentle, so if you like strong flavors, it may not suit you. There was a low evaluation of the store clerk's response, but I think it's normal. Not a super luxury store. There may not be Japanese staff. It is necessary and sufficient for communication such as ordering, but it may not convey detailed nuances. My sister's house is nearby, so I think I will have the opportunity to go there again.
