a cozy and small, but authentic sichuan restaurant running by sisters (chef & maitre’d). most dishes are spicy (of course), but full of subtle flavors. since they are quite popular, reservation is highly recommended.
[Meishan] Sichuan cuisine❣️ Went for lunch on Saturday. Since I was alone at lunch, I only ate Sichuan fried rice and Sichuan pickles, but the dandan noodles, hot and sour soup noodles, and mapo tofu here are the real deal. Also, the seasonal vegetables🥬🥦 and egg dishes are honest and delicious. Although it's a little painful😇 Has it been 10 years since the store opened? This is an authentic Sichuan cuisine restaurant run by the Ito sisters👭. It's a very small and inconspicuous shop. My sister is a chef and she's amazing. After working as a sous chef at the famous Szechuan restaurant “Choyang” in Ginza, he worked as a chef at Mr. Shinya Tasaki’s wine bar in Roppongi before opening this restaurant. He is very passionate about research and goes to Sichuan, China every year to research the local cuisine. It's a very simple deliciousness that makes use of the ingredients❣️ I met Shinya Tasaki when he was at his shop. From such a relationship, I am familiar with wine, and I choose very delicious wine that is reasonable (affordable) on the menu.
