Nippori Chinese food. It's been a long time since I came to the Huaiyang restaurant right after it opened. I heard that they have goose meat boiled in salt water, so I came here to try it. The store clerk's older sister said, ``Wu (鹅) is nine, and Ya (鸭) is Aryo.'' I've never had the goose meat version, so I wanted to try it, but it was made with duck meat. But this is definitely better than drinking with rice. You can use Shaoxing wine, but I want to eat it with baijiu. It's not a high-class Chinese flower-like scent, but it has a surprisingly elegant taste. It was salty, but it was delicious with a nice salty taste♪ Eating half a duck was enough to satisfy me, so I might go for a drink next time. The lion head for lunch was also delicious, so I want to come again soon.

I think it's probably a chain restaurant, but I think the taste is top class. I ate Surat Tanmen and would like to go again.
