A highly rated Chinese restaurant that specializes on their ターロー麺 (sweet and sour noodles) and meat fried rice. I don’t know why they are displaying their salt above the counter. The noodles lacked the meat which is not typical, but the chahan more than makes up for it. The broth is like that of a tenshinhan so there is heat retention which is perfect for winter days. The chahan is a glorified yakinikudon with the grand amount of added meat. With the juices of the meat absorbed on the rice, it is guaranteed to be packed with flavor.
