This is a shop where an old man is busy shaking the pot by himself. I had fried rice and gyoza, and they were delicious with traditional Chinese flavors. There seemed to be a lot of regulars, but I felt comfortable even at first glance. I want to go again. I think I'll order noodles next time.

・Grilled rice noodles (750 yen) ・6 gyoza (400 yen) ・Hiyashi Chuka (900 yen) Grilled rice noodles are loaded with toppings such as chives, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, cabbage, and pork. It has a strong flavor and is really delicious. The rice noodles are thoroughly stir-fried, giving them just the right amount of crunch and aroma. The soup is truly a Chinese soup. The Chinese soup from the town Chinese restaurant is delicious. It's especially good to eat fried rice noodles with it because it doesn't have a soupy taste. The gyoza I ordered as an additional order was grilled to a crispy surface and filled with plenty of bean paste, making it very filling. This costs 400 yen, which is pretty good value.

The seasoning was fresh and different from chain restaurants such as Hidakaya and Ohsho. The flavor is made using soy sauce or dashi stock.
