First time with sword-cut noodles. Used during lunch on weekdays in the work area. It's a little past 12:00 and it's already full of office workers. I forgot the name of the menu, but I ordered sword-cut noodles that look like braised pork. Unlike the appearance and imagination, it was quite light and very easy to eat and felt healthy. Rather than Chinese noodles, it has a chewy texture like a specialty of Yamanashi. I don't know if it's the authentic taste, but it's delicious and it's more satisfying than full. A paper apron is prepared on the table, so you can eat as much as you want. I want to go again.
