More Comments at Google MapThis is exactly what a Chinese restaurant in town feels like. The ramen is really old-fashioned Chinese soba, with a refreshing soy sauce flavor. Above all, you can add half fried rice for an additional 150 yen. This fried rice is really delicious. It seems that it is run by a couple, and they welcomed me with a warm feeling, and I was able to see them off politely when I left. It was a really nice shop. I would definitely like to visit again.
The first visit was on August 2nd. After that, I passed by many times until today. However, it appeared on yesterday's BS broadcast "Nostalgia Street Ramen", and I got a glimpse of the true value of this store. So, I immediately asked. It opens at 10:00, which is earlier than other stores, but we arrived at 11:30 and got the first customer! After that, passers-by and customers who entered the store were shouting, "I watched TV yesterday." Originally from the early Showa period. Near Nippori Station, the main branch of Chimantei, which was a large store with more than 100 seats, became independent in 1939, and the main branch no longer exists. Therefore, the signboard is still written as ~ branch. If you take a closer look, you can see that the ``Light Showa Tanmen'' sign has been modified from the ``Light Showa Ramen'' sign taken over from the main store. And the famous tanmen of this restaurant, which was introduced in last night's program. The owner worked hard to sell the store and blended 3 kinds of salt. A superb dish that is paired with a soup made from parent chicken and vegetables prepared early in the morning every morning! Well, it's been a long time since I've enjoyed the delicious tanmen♪ (2020.10.18 postscript) While strolling around Yanaka, you will be surrounded by the atmosphere of the downtown area. I found a town Chinese. For some reason, both the front and the inside of the store are stuck upside down with cold Chinese noodles... The second day after the rainy season. If you're out for a walk in the scorching heat, why not grab some dumplings, drink bottled beer, and have some chilled Chinese noodles? They served homemade garlic soy sauce pickles with beer. Each table is divided into two seats. Then the gyoza arrived. Although this gyoza does not use garlic, it was a juicy dumpling with a gravy bush when biting, and it was a juicy gyoza inside and outside. The upside-down appeal of chilled Chinese noodles is truly the royal road. Mild with less vinegar. I sprinkled vinegar on the table and enjoyed it refreshingly. Next time, I definitely want to try the default ramen and half fried rice.
I was introduced to the tanmen on TV a few years ago, and I really wanted to try it.I finally came to the store and ate the tanmen I was looking for, along with a half-fried rice set. The tanmen was even more delicious than I imagined 😆🍜❗ I would like to come back again if I have a chance. 😊🍜🍜
