I liked that the seasoning wasn't as strong as it is in Chinese food. It might be a bit bland for people who like strong seasoning. The almond tofu had a light taste with a refreshing oily taste.

Yakisoba is a famous restaurant in Yokohama Chinatown, and I went to the Ueno branch. The taste is as good as the main store, the staff's customer service is good, and the food and drinks are smooth and very good. Yakisoba with seafood is recommended.

I visited here because I wanted to try the famous yakisoba. We were the second group when we went on a weekday at 12:00. The master is "luxury gozen" (Ebimayo). I ordered the "Seafood Plum Orchid Yakisoba Set" (plus 280 yen shrimp steamed dumplings). The yakisoba was brought to us with crispy fried noodles wrapped in egg, and plenty of shrimp, squid, and scallop sauce. I think the set yakisoba is small, but it was quite hearty and very delicious. Ebimayo shrimp is very big and plump. Shrimp steamed dumplings also had a chewy skin. Almond tofu was a smooth type, with a modest sweetness, and was eaten lightly. I want to go again.
