Tandan noodles had a good balance of being spicy but delicious.

I took home some hotpot meat. Even when I ate it at home, the meat was not too tough and was very delicious. Next time I would like to eat freshly made food at the restaurant. The almond tofu was delicious.

It was a family run business with a calm atmosphere. The taste was calm and I could feel the personality of the maker. In particular, the shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots stew in soy sauce were very delicious and I would like to go back to eat them again.
