First visit to "Chukaya". Visited after being lured by the region's No. 1 word of mouth "fried rice". There is a nameplate at the storefront that says "Asakusa Kaikarou Special Noodles Used". . My favorite food, Asakusa Kaikaro, caught my eye, and I suddenly cheated on "Tanmen" for 780 yen. A person who seems to be a local regular eats tanmen and it looks delicious, so it might be worth a try. . and There are 7 table seats in the store. There are no counter seats. Everyone sits together at a large table, The Town Chinese. It was very lively and the store was full, but the staff were very efficient in turning the floor, so there was almost no waiting time and we were seated. Waiting for the arrival of tanmen with cold Kirin Ichiban Shibori in one hand. I don't have a receipt. We finally arrived at Tanmen. First of all, a thickly seasoned soup is served with crispy vegetables and a lot of lean, tender chopped pork. The specially made thin curly noodles are boiled hard and slippery. Excellent volume. This is delicious!! ️ there was no mistake in the choice. Even though it's my first time, I feel nostalgic and my appetite is aroused.
