Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan｜Biangbiang-men Shin-Tō-ki

Ah ah ah ah ah! It was so delicious that I was moved to tears. My Shaanxi friends and I were shocked to eat such authentic fried noodles and three-in-one four-in-one noodles in a foreign country! Although there are many delicacies in Japan, I have been feeling a bit confused these past few days since I came to travel. This bowl of noodles instantly calmed me down! Brother Qiang, another brother in the kitchen, and Brother Dongbei, the waiter, are all very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. Although I haven’t met the boss, I wish him a prosperous business! Thanks for the hospitality!

I had this place on my to-go list here in Tokyo since I always wanted to try Biangbiang noodles. I happened to come here after having already visited 2 other establishments in the same day and yet I couldn't help but finish my bowl of noodles to the last spoonful of broth. The texture of the noodles was very good and it was the most flavorful broth I've ever tasted. I can't recommend it enough and if you can handle some heat the spicy option is great. The staff are very friendly and fast and the shop very clean. If you don't want to walk too far you can just get the Tozai metro line and come try it for yourself. You won't regret it.

This was my favorite meal while on vacation here in Japan. It's very unfortunate that this restaurant is Chinese food, however, that is a testament to the quality of the food and excellence of the cooking staff. On top of the excellent food the staff was extremely helpful and made my family's meal feel as if we were eating at their personal home. I cannot recommend this enough! 10/10
