The soup is a light Tokyo ramen, but a little thick. on the side Seaweed, chashu, menma, and kamaboko. The char siu is guinea-style with a slight aroma. Menma has a strong, sweet flavor. Now that I like char siu, I think I'll try char siu noodles next time. You can tell by looking at the tabletop that it is clean. The hostess's response during checkout, ordering, and serving was very pleasant, and the kitchen staff also said thank you 😊 just before leaving. I used it with a friend. I entered the store as soon as it opened at 11:30 on Friday. The inside of the store had an emotional atmosphere, to put it in modern terms, as if you had traveled back in time to the Showa era. I think the store was run by a son and his mother. The daily lunch set of 650 yen (salt ramen, mini omelette rice) caught my eye right away, but when I came to Machi Chuka, I couldn't resist ordering fried rice, so I ordered the ramen fried rice set of 850 yen. The ramen soup has a simple, old-fashioned flavor with a strong soy sauce flavor followed by the flavor of chicken bones, and the noodles are thin and curly, but the curls are random, with some being extremely curly and others a bit smooth. It had a texture that was pleasant to swallow, with some curls. There was also a piece of char siu on top, and it had a light flavor that went well with the slightly thick soup, which was thick and had the perfect consistency. The fried rice was also a simple egg fried rice with a light flavor that probably went well with the slightly rich ramen soup. It was a satisfying set in both taste and volume. I had wonton men. The perfect balance between the crunchy texture of the thin noodles and the thickness and elasticity of the wontons. The soup also has a good soy sauce flavor, and the toppings such as char siu and bamboo shoots are delicious. 630 yen with this result is really head down. I think that the cospa is quite good. From the outside, it looked like an old town Chinese restaurant, but the interior was bright and clean and comfortable. It was a feast.
