This place is located in the Softbank building and just near the Takeshiba Passenger Terminal. I have been here many times and one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Great tempura, excellent service, and very nice accommodating staff. If you come during lunchtime on weekdays, expect to line up but the waiting time is about 5-15min depending on timing. The prices are reasonable. I can recommend this place, especially to foreigners who wanted to taste authentic Japanese tempura. During lunchtime, they offer free upgrades of the volume of rice, and you can eat all you can the Mentaiko and cabbage by ordering from the staff.

I ate there four times while I stayed in the area. Great tempura, excellent service and a very nice staff. Plus, the price are reasonable. I will miss your tempura!
