Incredible tendon place that I will return to when I am in Tokyo again. The taste is great (one of the best tendons I have had) and price is also good for the amount you will get. Service is relatively quick considering that the tempura is cooked only after you order. There are about eight counter seats and two table seats on tatami mats (enough for another eight people). Cash only.
