More Comments at Google MapI want to eat yakiniku! I am really grateful that it is open on Sunday nights, about a 10-minute walk from Mitsukoshi-mae. For the first time, I had Yakiniku's "Otoshi sauce". Otoshidare is lightly grilled meat on a charcoal brazier and topped with sauce. It seems that the dripping sauce evaporates over a charcoal fire, and the smoke gives the meat an exquisite savory flavor. Also, the highest grade sirloin of A5 rank wagyu beef is surprised at the size! It's one piece, but it spreads all over the shichirin. You can enjoy three flavors in one slice: wasabi, lemon, and our specialty otoshi sauce. First, enjoy the refreshing taste of the meat with wasabi, enjoy the refreshing taste of lemon directly over the charcoal grill, and finally, the special garlic-based otoshi sauce. I'm happy because I can enjoy it with various tastes little by little. Yukhoe is also grilled right in front of you, and each piece is grilled to perfection by the restaurant staff. You can enjoy marbled meat at a reasonable price, which is known for its high-quality fat.
I ate meat at Wolf's Kanda branch, the original Otoshi Dare that may open up new horizons for yakiniku. Otoshi-dare is a method of adding sauce to charcoal to create smoke, which is then used to add flavor to the meat (smoking), but it's crazy in a good way. Ever since I found out about this store, I have always wanted to visit it! I was able to eat at the Kanda store instead of the main store in Ikebukuro. I was curious about the ochi sauce, so I tried it with yukhoe and skirt steak. Honestly, it's a little weird haha Yukhoe only has an added smoky smell, and I wonder how much the smoking effect of skirt steak adds to the flavor. Of course, it's food, so each person has their own personal preferences, but personally, I think yakiniku is tastier when it's not smoked. It was a content that reinforced my theory. The other meats are delicious, but the cuts are a little small. As a restaurant, it is a lively Yakiniku restaurant, but the unit price is a little high, which may be one of the reasons why it felt unbalanced. The staff at the store are so enthusiastic and amazing! It was a lively Yakiniku restaurant. I am creating a blog called ``Yakiniku Encyclopedia'' where I record my visits to yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. Please check out our blog for other Yakiniku restaurant information.
This is the best beef tongue I've ever eaten! The meat is seasoned and is grilled as is. I can eat it. Every restaurant is particular about their sauce. They compete on the deliciousness of the meat. You should go even if you use train fare.
