The interior of the store exudes a retro Showa era atmosphere. I made a reservation because I heard that it was delicious. At noon (lol) As expected, there was no one else around at noon, so I was able to eat slowly. Although the name of the restaurant is “hormone”, other things besides hormones are also super delicious 🙌 Both sauce and salt go well with alcohol! Shitamachi Highball has a frozen taste and is crunchy 😋 It cools down your body after getting hot from yakiniku. I recommend Dark Hormone. The short ribs and loin were good, but the dark hormones, which I don't know what they were, were delicious! I also ordered the shrimp tsukemen that was listed on the wall as a finishing touch. This shrimp had a great taste and was delicious🙆 Even though the staff was eating their meal, they waved at the child. I am more than satisfied with the service and taste. I'm definitely going to go there again when I'm nearby 😀
I was curious about Horikiri's super famous butcher shop, which turned into a yakiniku restaurant after being a corner Chinese restaurant that was on the verge of becoming a Mainichi-ya. Apparently, it was opened by someone who trained at Hormonwa in Oshiage, and I was surprised to find that you can eat dark servings at Horikiri. I visited on a Saturday at 7:30 pm and it was very busy, almost full. I entered the store after being told there was a counter. Of course, with the choice of dark seasoned salt. The visuals are irresistible, but you can enjoy so many different parts that you wonder how many different parts there are. I'm not that familiar with the parts, but the part that prickled like a hedgehog was irresistibly crunchy and delicious. It's a bit salty, but if you neutralize it with table vinegar, it's delicious. I really like the idea of eating offal with vinegar, which reminds me of Uchita, a super famous restaurant in Tateishi. After the two of us ate up the extra portion, we ordered a large refill. I can go as much as I want. I added skirt steak and offal mix sashimi and was very satisfied. I'm happy to think that I can eat dark food so close. Confirmed as a regular. Thank you for the meal.
