When I went to Atsugi for work, I wanted to eat Jiro-style food, so I looked for a restaurant with a parking lot and visited for the first time. When I was having a hard time ordering because I hadn't done any research beforehand or forgot my glasses, a female staff member explained everything from the menu to the order in great detail. The ramen that came out was my favorite among all the Jiro restaurants I've been to so far, and it was a very satisfying bowl. I would go there if it was nearby. I will go again, thank you for the meal 😋

I ordered tsukemen, 400g + mini char siu bowl, but the volume was more than I imagined. Noodles, soup, char siu, crispy bean sprouts, all well-balanced and full-bodied but not overbearing seasoning was striking. When I am on a business trip, the number of shops I can recommend when asked about delicious ramen has increased.
