Nagano, Japan｜Tonkotsu Ramen Hakata Yatai

Cutest little ramen restaurant, we went on a sunday night and the atmosphere was very content. The food is amazing as well.

The pork is exquisite. The one with the fat and egg over rice, mmmmmmmm. Reminded me of my favorite Vietnamese dish.

Absolutely loved this place. Super adorable and great food. My only small complaint was the egg was cold and way overcooked. Otherwise, the broth and noodles were out of this world.
