Delicious Lamen and Takoyaki! Today I had the Takoyaki Lamen (yes, you read it right!) and it was so good that I forgot to take a picture before eating it all! 😅 For sure I'll come here more times to try the other dishes. They also have gluten free takoyaki, made with 100% rice flour.

When I think of Matsumoto, I thought of soba noodles, but I happened to find a restaurant with an interesting combination and stopped by. Of course, I ordered both ramen and takoyaki. The deep-fried chicken ramen (nomado soup) is a thick and muddy soup, but it is not heavy and the taste is thin. It's not salty, so I drank the soup before I knew it. The store has a wide table that is OK for families, so it's okay if you have small children. Shaved ice and soft serve ice cream are also available. "It's a takoyaki restaurant, but the ramen is delicious." It's been over 10 years since Itoko, who lives near Matsumoto Airport, introduced me to this place, and I went there without making any connection between takoyaki and ramen in my head. The entrance is a brown sliding door with a takoyaki noren curtain. When you step into the restaurant, you'll be surprised by the chic and Japanese-style interior, and once you take a bite of the basic ``Nomado Ramen,'' you'll be surprised again. If you are someone who is looking for the deliciousness of ramen to get you down your throat, you may have a slightly different impression of it. As far as this restaurant is concerned, it is a takoyaki restaurant in the first place, so it would be wrong to say anything wrong with it. The soup is like potage, and as you sip it, exploring the ingredients based on its taste and aroma, and enjoying the texture, you'll end up drinking it all. It's a ramen that feels like you're eating soup, and the umami that comes from the various ingredients is strong, and the meaty chashu is soft and literally delicious. It goes without saying that Takoyaki is delicious. I visited here for the first time in 10 years and knew how delicious it was, but I was so hungry that I ordered a large serving. I realized that I had upset the balance between the noodles and the soup, and it was a complete failure. You should add three takoyaki to that, and then you'll understand the reason for the existence of the menu "takoyaki ramen" and how popular it is (lol). If it's your first visit, try the basic ``Nomado Ramen'' with ``Takoyaki'' on the side. It's a mistake to eat a large serving when you're hungry. This is my personal opinion, but I hope it is helpful. By the way, there were also a few customers looking for soft serve ice cream. Anyway, the atmosphere of the store is very nice, including the interior decoration and customer service, and it is a wonderful store that will definitely satisfy even families with children. Ramen that won't make you thirsty even after drinking all the soup. Even if you eat a full meal while cycling, your stomach won't feel heavy. Even after 10 years, you can still feel the same excitement. It is never something that can be taken for granted. This is a drink I would recommend to people who don't have any particular preferences.
