No English menu, but the proprietors were super friendly and did their best to accommodate us. Fantastic home-made udon noodles. Ours were simple -- one hot, one cold, with a dipping sauce and a side of pickled vegetables. Girlfriend's mom got the nabe udon (hot pot) and declared it her best meal ever. Flavorful broth with a variety of ingredients for added texture, which she tells us has ruined her for future dining.

! ! ! Shocking taste. Just as the landlady said You have to follow proper etiquette when eating. It's a terrible thing to see. Addictive udon noodles. The irritation gradually subsides I wanted a replacement ball.

I went there for the oshibori udon! After all, this spiciness is irresistibly delicious 😋 Gradually add miso to change the taste ♬ During the meal, the wife served me some squeezed spicy daikon radish. Oh my God! That radish is not spicy at all!! Apparently all the spiciness comes out in the squeezed juice. Surprised 💦
