I learned about it on Twitter and visited. You can finally enjoy noodles with a unique texture and carbonara udon! The location of the restaurant doesn't seem to be very good, but there were other customers visiting from Aichi Prefecture, which is further away than me, so I can expect the food to be delicious. I had the signature carbonara udon lunch set with a salad. Tanuki rice is also a specialty and can be selected as a set. The food arrives, it's carbonara. It comes with a spoon and fork, but it's easier to eat with chopsticks. When you lift this silk waist udon, it feels soft, and when you put it in your mouth, it's soft to the touch but has a firmness to it. what is this! The carbonara flavor may seem rich, but the seasoning doesn't overpower the udon noodles, making it well-balanced and delicious! If you use noodles with a strong texture like Sanuki udon, the sauce won't stick to it as much as it does, so the carbonara is made with these noodles. Thank you for the meal! Many of the other menu items are creative, but I would like to try the standard cold udon noodles. I'm also curious about the curry udon! It's a bit far, but I have no choice but to go again!

The shopkeeper with a soft impression and a caring customer service. very good. Since it was my first time, I tried the simple tamari udon and the recommended carbonara udon. Tamari udon has a firm texture, but it is so good that you can chew it comfortably. I can feel the scent of soy sauce, but when I eat it, the taste is not strong and it is a good seasoning. The scent of seaweed, radish sprouts and wasabi are good accents. Carbonara udon has just the right amount of seasoning for udon noodles and the softness of the noodles is very good. There seems to be no doubt about other menus such as duck and curry. I am happy to eat delicious udon.

I visited here a week ago for lunch with my wife and daughter. I had the duck curry udon, my wife had the carbonara udon, and my daughter had the fox curry udon. The curry udon had a light soup, but had a strong curry flavor that I liked. Both my wife and daughter thought it was delicious and finished it all in no time. The atmosphere of the shop is relaxing ◎ Above all, the host's courteous customer service made it a wonderful meal. Thank you for the meal.
