Tasty udon!

If you want to eat udon in Nagoya city and search for it, the top restaurants will only have miso stew or curry udon. This is all well and good, but I was in the mood for Sanuki udon today, so I was looking for it and came across this restaurant. The shop is self-service. The strange thing about this place is that it feels like a Sanuki udon restaurant and I have a good impression of it. Although it was around 1:00 noon, I was able to enter the store easily. Well, I ordered Kamatama udon (690 yen), inari sushi, and chicken fillet tempura. Pour the dashi soy sauce over the Kamatama udon by swirling it around 4 times. Udon has amazing back strength. It is not comparable to Marugame Seimen. I see, it's delicious. For someone like me who doesn't like Ise udon, Sanuki udon is the best.
