Besides fish grilled wild board and plant-based ingredient. Kitchen knows how treat the best material create the best taste. Sake and wine selection is great. We had an amazing dinner at Tenoshima hosted by Hayashi-san the chef owner himself. The food was just beyond delicious. The dominantly seafood menu of the date was super fresh with seasonal ingredients creating a long-lasting balance on your palette. It was my boyfriend's 40th birthday dinner and we would not have spent it any differently. Really enjoyed the conversation with the chef too. Thank you chef!
