Osaka, Japan｜Omoni

So happy I came across this restaurant, it is so incredible. I understand why it’s on the Michelin Guide list. We ate here and grabbed take out numerous times. We ordered the shrimp okonomiyaki, shrimp tempura okonomiyaki, pork yakisoba and assorted seafood yakisoba. They were all delicious. I appreciated how quick they prepared the food for us when we ordered for take out. The depth of flavour and texture in the okonomiyaki was amazing. No English menu, but they were very patient and helped us order.

Staying in Tsuruhashi, we decided to eat a very good okonomiyaki, and found this place as one of the recommended restaurants of the area. We were not disappointed: the okonomiyaki was really good and the place is so nice! Note that the staff doesn't speak English, and the menu is only in Japanese, so be sure to have somebody with you that can read and speak Japanese.

This place was absolutely amazing! I’m so glad I found this gem of a place in the ward I live. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back here again. The pictures don’t actually do it justice... I eat a lot of okonomiyaka but hate queueing up in the well renowned places in Dotonburi. Glad to know I have this place close by. I DEFINITELY recommend it!
