Kyoto, Japan｜Donburi and Noodle Restaurant Hashitate

Read the English menu but ended up going for the special that wasn't on there. Pretty sure it was red snapper sashimi on a bed of sushi rice. The lemon juice/sauce that came with it worked incredibly well with the fish and rice. I probably did myself a disservice by adding it to the noodles as they tasted great on their own

There was no English menu so idk what exactly I ordered but one was mackerel giant sushi and the other was kaisendon with noodle (which was not udon since it was thin noodle). Everything was very tasty. Seems like each dish was prepared with care. Prepared to wait tho. Great place.
