I went without a reservation, so I waited for an hour, but it was still early. The soba was delicious, but I felt it would have been better if it was a little smoother. The rice cooked with corn and ginger was sweet and delicious.

I had duck soup soba (rice porridge set). The duck soup was so delicious that I was completely full with just the soba noodles, but the rice porridge made it even more delicious, and I ended up eating it all. There are many other delicious items on the menu, and I would like to order another one next time I go.

This is a restaurant located in Kano Takujuan's Juchosei no Sato in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. During the plum season, you can enjoy your meal while looking at the plum grove from the window 😍 Today is oyakodon with duck hotpot soba and real sansho pepper. After the meal, I ate zenzai and kudzu mochi. I'm full after eating a lot ^_^ It was great to be able to take a leisurely stroll 🥰
