Great place to eat hot curry on a cold autumn day. English menu is available. Curry comes in a 1 person hotpot and can choose the level of spicy (medium/hot). The pork are very well done and the rice is fragrant. Can try the Kyoto classic beer to go with the curry also. Kids curry (no spicy) is available for the little one so not to worry if there are kids around. Overall, nice music and nice food on a cold day.

Absolutely wonderful take on Japanese curry, especially delicious and warming on a cool day. Has a spiced hearty taste with some of the most tender meat in addition! Reasonably priced for the portions and a very calm atmosphere to match the cozy food.

We were helped with an English menu explaining the description and pictures of the Japanese menu. We ordered both menu number one with the home made beef curry and medium portion of rice. I added a softboiled egg. It was delicious. No complaints at all. The beef was tender and juicy, the curry was nicely seasoned and served on the side so you can adjust the 'sauciness'. The egg yolk was runny and mixed well with the sauce and rice. Definitely recommend. The staff was also really nice to us.
