Kyoto, Japan｜Nikomi Suzuya

Very nice neighborhood izakaya. Chef (and we assume Owner) and wait staff were helpful and kind (some English). Honestly, we were full went we got there, just wanting sake, but we ordered the soft shell turtle and it was excellent (so was the sake). We would definitely return. (Sorry for the bad pic, we shut it down)

Seriously....I'm in Kyoto. What's not to love.
