I ate the special set for foreigners, and it was delicious. The chef explained in English and also helped me to learn the Japanese names, highlighting ingredients that were unique to Kyoto. I felt comfortable practicing my limited Japanese. I loved it and would eat here again. I highly recommend it.

Definitely worth a visit. Delicious restaurant with 3 meal options (all 1500 yen). Free tea was also provided.
