You can enjoy Japanese cuisine in a private room in an elegant townhouse built during the Meiji era. When I stayed at Biwako Hotel, I thought it would be more satisfying to eat at Uotada than inside the hotel, so I made a reservation and visited. What I received was the lunchtime "Hanayute Kago Bento" with tempura and chawanmushi. When I told them that I was not good at tuna and yellowtail, I was glad that they took into consideration the sashimi.

I had the eel on rice. It is very delicious with a good balance between the softness of the eel meat and the aroma of the skin. I was able to spend a good time in a calm room in a building that is a registered tangible cultural property of the country. I was able to get eel on the same day as I happened to have a stock, but I need to make a reservation in advance.
