Authentic taste! It was so delicious! I had possum, stone grilled bibimbap, and kimchi stew. When I spoke to him, he said that both his wife and husband only eat food without additives. Even when I was eating it, I didn't taste the typical MSG seasoning, so I was relieved. The bibimbap had sweetly cooked kelp in it, which was a different kind of stone-grilled bibimbap, and I was very satisfied! The kimchi jjigae was also delicious, but personally I found it a bit sweet. My mother is Korean and I lived in Korea for 7 years. Since I am familiar with the taste of authentic Korean food and kimchi, I had high expectations and concerns, but when I tried the possum kimchi, I realized that it was a delicious restaurant! I was convinced. However, there are about 8 to 9 seats at the counter, so it felt small for people to hang out and talk.

We had Suji Jjigae, Kimchi Jjigae, and Steamed Pork. Sujijige has a rich and sweet taste. You can feel the fat content, it's rich and delicious. In comparison, kimchi jjigae has a refreshing spiciness and sourness. However, the spiciness is strong, so you'll probably sweat. The steamed pork was also delicious.
