More Comments at Google MapThe surrounding roads and parking lot entrances are narrow, so be careful when driving large vehicles. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere that resembles an old folk house. The 100% soba had a strong flavor, was easy to eat, and delicious. The condiments include not only wasabi but also yuzu pepper, making it a nice accent. I ordered extra yam and it was chewy and I highly recommend it. Oyakodon with chicken (shapon chicken). The meat was a little heavy, but it had a lot of flavor and was good. Arale? The color was good, but I didn't really like the texture. I think the price is good for the content.
The atmosphere and appearance of the shop are wonderful. As expected, the warm soba with bonito soup is very delicious. There is a gravel parking lot on the side past the front of the store. There is also a second parking lot ahead. For accounting, there is also a system that allows you to use your smartphone from ordering to cashless payment.
It looks like a restaurant located in a renovated old folk house in Moriyama-juku on Nakasendo. The inside has a very nice atmosphere, with the atmosphere of an old folk house being kept in a modern style. This was my first time eating Juwari Soba, so I don't know much about soba, but it was chewy and delicious. The shrimp in the tempura were plump and looked like a professional dish. In addition to green onions, the soba soup came with the standard wasabi, and I think it was unusual that it also came with yuzu pepper. The yuzu pepper made the soba even more delicious and the oil in the tempura was refreshing. I had a plate of regular zaru soba, but when I got a large serving, another black bowl came in two tiers. I think this kind of consideration is nice, perhaps because it looks better and is easier to eat than having a large portion on a plate.
