(ФωФ) It feels like putting the head of an egg bowl on top of a freshly fried cutlet. You can enjoy both the crispness of the cutlet and the softness of the egg. (ФωФ) The soup stock of the cutlet bowl was quite light, not too sweet, and the soy sauce was not strong, and it was a soup that made use of the original ingredients of the soup stock. The katsudon set comes with either mini udon (all-you-can-eat!) or mini soba (only the first serving), and this was also quite delicious with the thin dashi stock (ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ In addition, tempura and sushi are also offered, so it seems to be perfect for families.
