Otsu, Shiga, Japan｜Hirose-Sushimasa

Delicious sushi. Had Omakase course after visiting nearby waterfalls. Staff was friendly and even helpful to some fellow foreigners who did not really spoke Japanese. The quality of the seafood was great, as was the presentation. Usually crowded, be prepared to wait.

As a traveling foreigner who ventured far from the city and as a frequent visitor of Japan, this is by far one of the best Japanese restaurant I had ever dined at.

The Nigiri was made from GIANT delicious pieces of some of the best fish I have ever had.
