I went to the chanko nabe restaurant ``High-Class Kappo Ebizo'' in Osaka. On a business trip to Osaka, I was guided by someone from Osaka. I used it for dinner on weekdays. Since I had made a reservation, I was guided to my seat smoothly. The tatami room in the back is lined with quite narrow tables. I didn't know what the menu was because I had already ordered, but all of a sudden, an amazing platter of sashimi was brought to us one by one. This sashimi platter has an amazing impact and is taller than a bottled beer. Next, a pot filled with super luxurious ingredients was delivered with a bang. There are plenty of ingredients such as large shrimp, abalone, crab, and high quality beef. After a while, the clerk slowly starts pouring chili powder on it. It's almost red all over. When you first try the soup, it's naturally spicy, but above all, it has a great flavor and is extremely delicious. This hot pot has a great impact, but the best part is that the soup stock is absolutely delicious. I also ordered pressed eel sushi, which was also excellent. I was told about a really nice shop. Due to the influence of the coronavirus, the number of customers was quite small, but I could imagine that the seats would be filled once we ate. This is the store I want to visit when I come to Osaka again. Thank you for the meal.

It tasted bad! There may be preferences such as, but I hope it will be helpful for those who are going for the first time. A friend from Osaka took me to Ebizo-san, a shop I've seen on social media, for the first time! First of all, this hot pot is visually satisfying and surprising! Ise lobster, abalone, crab, meat, fish fillets and other high-end ingredients are generously stuffed into the chanko nabe, sprinkled with bright red chili peppers until you stop! This alone is enough to make an impact. And the taste is soaked in various soup stocks, so I don't really understand it, but it's delicious! I wonder if the phrase fits. smile Other eel rolls and sashimi were also good quality and delicious! It was a treat (^-^)
