I went to eat at the rumored Fukuichi, one street south of Koreatown! It was the busiest time of the day at 7:00 pm on a Saturday, but a table was available at the right time, so we were able to enter. Is the office on the first floor? kitchen? Only, the seats were on the second floor. There are about 8 tables for 4 people. It's not a moat, so it feels like you're sitting cross-legged. I was surprised to see that it was full of young women. Order makgeolli with a kettle. The two of us ate pancakes, vermicelli, squid face, and cheese tteokbokki, and we were already full. Assorted kimchi (daikon radish, cucumber, Chinese cabbage) and protruding pickled vegetables (namasu, bean sprouts, seaweed) are free. It was very delicious. Next time I will try the abalone porridge or samgyetang.
I went there after hearing from a colleague that it was a restaurant I should visit at least once. 1 person! Despite this, the staff at the store were happy to let me through. The appetizer is namul and kimchi. This kimchi is exquisite in terms of spiciness, richness, and seasoning. I ordered Ikafe (1,000 yen), which is squid fillet dressed with gochujang, and pancake (1,000 yen). The destructive power of this pancake! According to my colleague, the course is very good, so I would like to come with him and other friends next time.
