A restaurant where you can enjoy charcoal-grilled chicken, a local dish from Miyazaki Prefecture. It's lined up in the restaurant area on the 7th floor of the Grand Front South Building, and I've been curious about it for a while. In addition to charcoal-grilled chicken, Miyazaki Prefecture also has a specialty called hiyajiru. I ordered the ``Kirishima chicken thigh grilled set meal with chilled soup (1,500 yen)'' which allows you to have both of them at once. Charcoal-grilled chicken on a hot iron plate, rice (refills available), a small side dish, and cold soup arrived on the table. The charcoal-grilled rice has a nice seasoning, so it's delicious enough on its own, but the yuzu and pepper that comes with it adds a nice accent to the rice. Speaking of rice, I also opened my eyes to the deliciousness of chilled soup. The bold idea is to add summer vegetables such as cucumber and Japanese ginger to the cold soup stock with the flavor of fish. Miyazaki prefecture is amazing!
The two ordered sukiyaki, sizzling chicken, low-temperature cooking chicken liver, mixed stew, soy sauce egg bibimbap, miso cold tofu (side dish), lemon sawa, because two people gave 2 eggs to make sukiyaki The dip feels very thoughtful. The taste of the dishes is not too salty and sweet. To use Taiwan as a metaphor, it is from Tainan. Thank you for the hospitality, and I will come again next time.
