Reservations are required for this sushi restaurant. It's really delicious and cost effective. It's always very fresh and has a wide selection of seasonal ingredients. I went in September, the best season to enjoy both hamo and dobinmushi. Also, I do this every time I go to Hyotan Sushi, and I do this outrageous thing by ordering a box of sea urchin and putting it on top of the otoro thin roll! I can't get enough of this! Please try it at least once. The simmered Nodoguro and Kinki are irresistible.
