I had been interested in this store for a while, but when I saw the news about the president making a donation to Minoh City, I was so impressed that I went to see what it was like. It was the evening of a public holiday, but there was only one reserved seat left, and the rest were full. The building has a good old exterior that gives you a sense of history, and the inside of the store has a similarly good atmosphere. I ordered the signature dish Beef Dote Nabe, Beef Tataki, and Eggplant Dengaku. First, the beef tataki that everyone ordered came out, and it was melt-in-your-mouth beef that went easily with the ponzu sauce. The Beef Dote Nabe was a rich white miso-based soup with a deep flavor that went perfectly with the thorny beef.I'm at an age where I get heartburn, but even with the addition of beef, it still went well. Also, the burdock that was included in the hotpot was very delicious and the hotpot was like no other. The thing that impressed me the most at Ginnabe was the eggplant dengaku. It was a dengaku made with rice eggplant, but it contained half red miso and half white miso, so it was fluffy and melty, making it the best miso dengaku I've ever had. did. Everything was super delicious, it was the best restaurant.
A restaurant specializing in beef hotpot. It had a refined miso flavor and was very delicious. The beef tataki is also excellent.
