More Comments at Google MapI wanted to eat some delicious soba, so I searched Google Maps and found Sagami-san, which I could drive to from my house. I went without a reservation, but since I arrived right after it opened, I was shown to a private room. It feels more like a Japanese restaurant that focuses on soba noodles than a soba restaurant, so it's a family-friendly restaurant. The soba noodles are also made in-house, and the flavor of the buckwheat flour is strong and delicious. The store staff were also very courteous and I had a very good impression of them. Furthermore, the meals are so filling that even adult men can get full from lunch. I really liked it, so I will use it again. P.S. I immediately used it for dinner with my family. Although I was 30 minutes late than my scheduled time, I was very grateful for the kind service I received. There is also a full children's menu, including fried chicken. We also have izakaya menu items such as fries, so I think it's a family-friendly restaurant. It seems to be very crowded on weekends, so I think reservations are essential. Thank you for the meal.
Since the name is Sagami, I imagined it to be a Kanto flavor, meaning the country of Sagami in the Kanto region, but when I went there, I found out that it was a company in Nagoya, and the origin of Sagami is apparently from Saga in Sagano, Kyoto. Maybe it's the Saga flavor 😳 Since it's a restaurant in Nagoya, the hitsumabushi and fried shrimp are delicious, and there's also Nagoya Cochin, which is rare and very delicious, making it my favorite restaurant ㊗️
You can enjoy freshly ground soba noodles, and the menu is reasonably priced and abundant. I came here for the first time, but they explained about allergies and how to deal with various customers.
