It was busy at lunchtime, but the staff were friendly and orders came out quickly. I ordered soba noodles with chicken soup and fried chicken. The soba dipping sauce was rich and delicious♪ The fried chicken was mixed with sweet and sour sauce and was very delicious. I think I'll try the udon next time. I had lunch with my wife's family during the Bon vacation. It seems to be a shop that responds to various requests with a wide variety of single item menus. Since there were many people, we ordered black pork shabu-shabu from noon. Hot spring egg from the appetizer. The black pork was also surprisingly thick cut, but when shabu-shabu, the fat dropped moderately and the taste was good. Also, since it is shabu-shabu, you might think that ponzu sauce is sesame sauce, but as expected, it is a restaurant that mainly serves udon, It is eaten by dipping it in a thick soup stock. (It feels like tsukemen soup... I forgot to take a picture of the important part...) It's the familiar mentsuyu black pork shabu-shabu at Tenmonkan in Kagoshima. Plenty of vegetables. Tofu and yuba. Shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms and lots of mushrooms. Pretty good balance. Is the tightening lightly boiled stick ramen? If you make a new dashi stock for pickling here, it's like a really warm tsukemen, perfect for closing! Rice porridge may also be delicious. It even comes with a coffee jelly dessert to fill you up. A hot pot in a room with a cool air conditioner in the summer is also a good idea. thank you for the food.
It's been a long time since I've been in the middle of a long time! After all it was delicious! For some reason, I only took pictures of the “tempura platter”, but the “plum wakame udon” that I eat at this time of the year was soothing to my body!
