Disappointing...so I ordered Aikamohon Chinese noodles. First of all, the soup. The flavor of the duck is brought out by the dashi and soy sauce, which go well together. This had a Japanese flavor that was different from the soy sauce flavor of Chinese noodles, so it didn't take long to gulp down the well-balanced soup! It is very tasty. The noodles are super thin, similar to Hakata tonkotsu noodles, but have a strong wheat flavor. I thought medium-thick noodles would be good enough, but the feeling of them going down your throat smoothly is unique to thin noodles. The thin noodles tend to spread easily, so I was particular about using extra noodles rather than a large serving. The char siu was a duck char siu, and there were two types of finely chopped pieces, both of which had crispy skin and a nice flavor. Also, the rice is very good, with the duck cooked to the fullest. Overall it was very delicious. Next time I would definitely like to try the hot water flavor!
Toripaitan noodles are whole grain and are delicious! The char siu is also carefully made from Nagoya Cochin and has a chewy texture...Aigamo Chinese noodles are so light that you can have as many bowls as you want!
The light and flavorful soup with chicken broth was so delicious that I drank the entire soup ^ ^ It has no additives and is very gentle on the body. The manager and staff were also very kind and made us feel comfortable.
