Personally, I like quick rice, zaru udon, and tantan udon. The noodles are chewy because they are chilled. The hot noodles are delicious as they go down your throat and the soup is mixed with the thin noodles. The sweet and quick rice has a strong flavor. It's perfect for me who likes strong flavors. Also, tempura is delicious (*^^*) The staff also have nice smiles, There are also polite shouts, (When there is a time loss to bring a small amount of the same product, etc.) I will bring it to you right away. It feels good to be taken care of. I'm a big eater, but I'm happy that the price is cheap even though it's handmade.

This udon restaurant is located just west of the Shinmachi intersection of Sangyo Road and Outer Ring Line. The udon noodles are hand-made in the store and have a chewy texture, and the soup stock is also delicious. You can freely choose the ingredients and toppings, so you can enjoy your original udon noodles. Sansai udon is full of wild vegetables that have a fun texture. Mitoyo Udon has 1.3 balls of udon, and the bowl is quite large. The shrimp tempura is large and juicy, with plenty of meat and wakame seaweed, so I highly recommend it. The katsudon is a slightly sweet katsuni type and can be seasoned to your liking. The mini udon noodles that come with it are delicious and have lots of toppings, including seaweed. Curry udon is the restaurant's best choice, and you can customize it by choosing your own toppings. The curry is spicy, and the soup stock is delicious, making you want rice. There are about 10 parking spaces in front of the store, but it is sometimes full at lunchtime. If you take the train, you can walk from Higashihanazono or Hyōtanyama, but it's quite a walk.

I visited alone at noon. I took a seat at the counter seat in the center of the store. Since it is a counter, I shared a seat with other customers, but the store was spacious and I didn't feel cramped. I ordered curry udon noodles and fried rice. It was served in about 10 minutes. Curry udon has a strong concentration and is spicy. The noodles have a very handmade feeling and are chewy, but they are so slippery that you think they are transparent, and they go well with curry udon. I ate it with Myers in line. Kayaku rice has a very strong scent of oak, and it was also delicious. There is a noodle-making room next to the entrance, which creates an atmosphere. The customer service was good, and although I was passing by, I thought it was good to visit. Thank you for the meal!! ︎
