Today, my partner and I went out to eat for the first time. Kurogane and Akagane, respectively. + I ordered a set of Shumai and a side meal. Kurogane is a classic mazesoba with a flavor that is easy to eat even for people who don't like spiciness. The Akagane noodles were red, but I was able to enjoy the spicy flavor and it was delicious. but, Finally, add the soup stock and rice. When I ate it, the spiciness disappeared and I was able to eat it with a light taste! ! There is a limit to what you can eat with chopsticks. When I ordered the set, there was also a spoon, so please take advantage of it... I thought I would have liked to have been told. By the way, I liked the taste (・∀・)

It was a bit new, like a mixture of abura soba and yakisoba, and the flavor was strong and delicious! There are a variety of seasonings available, so I prefer adding them.

There are few customers, but it's super delicious.
