The Osaka style uses bonito stock, and the Kyoto style uses kelp stock. You can choose the level of spiciness from 1 to 5 spiciness, and up to 3 spiciness is free! I went for 2 spiciness, but it was quite spicy! It was so delicious! Personally, I preferred the Osaka style ✨ Kyoto-style curry is too thick and has the disadvantage of causing the noodles to fall apart. I received a paper apron for free ☺️ There were about 3 staff working at the store, but they were efficient and had great customer service! I want to go again 🎵
