I came here because I wanted to eat the best thigh loin for the first time in a while! This place is always crowded and if you don't get the timing right, you often have to wait. First up was the tataki sashimi. It's fresh, chewy and elastic, and has the sweetness unique to chicken, and when combined with salt and sesame oil and seasonings, it creates a unique and elegant taste. Since I was going for thigh loin, I ordered two. From the appearance, the size and thickness of the loin is amazing, and the texture is that of the charcoal grill, with a crispy outer skin and a thick, juicy interior that's addictive. I don't think you can find such a large menu at other restaurants. The Enoki Pork Maki also had the aroma that is unique to charcoal grilling, so it was a good idea to order it.

Assorted sashimi. Very fresh and good value for money 👍️ The sauces are soy sauce, ponzu, and sesame oil, so you won't get bored. The skewers are fresh and very delicious, including liver, heart, and thigh. Highly recommended.

This is the best Yakitori restaurant. As the name Yakin suggests, we serve sake from Kochi. Yakitori, meatballs, duck, tataki, and salted yukke are all very delicious, so if you like chicken, I think it's worth a visit!
