Joyful is always empty. Other than the fact that there is no sidewalk on the national highway in front of it, which poses a risk of traffic accidents, the reviews for this restaurant are not bad, and the Hikaru devised series is amazing and delicious, so I'd give it a thumbs up. Eating dinner with a delicious draft beer is a truly blissful moment. I also appreciate the politeness of the staff.
